Maju888's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Maju888 does not warrant that the platform will be available on an uninterrupted, error-free or entirely secure basis. Planned or emergency maintenance may affect service availability. Maju888 will use reasonable efforts to notify Users of planned downtime in advance.
All content, trademarks, service marks, logos, domain names, software, game interfaces, graphical elements and related materials available on the Maju888 platform are the property of Maju888 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display or create derivative works from any Maju888 intellectual property without prior written consent.

Nothing in this section limits Maju888's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction in connection with a breach of these Terms.
